Adding Individuals

 

Giving Access:

 

To give access to a user select Person icon on the right side of the individuals make. This allows you to assign positions to other individuals and give them access to view selected accounts

 

 

 

1.Enter email address

2.Enter a password

3.Select Role (see Role Guide)

4.Enter Expiration Date (date user should no longer be able to access the program

5.Select the accounts you wish this user to have access to view the Account Statement/Account Activity Reports for.

To remove a users access, select the Remove Login button

 

 

Your individuals screen will show all uses that have access and what role is assigned to them. If the role is Green the user is current, if it is Red the user is expired.

Event coordinator:

- View/edit Fundraisers and Programs (all), to include generating a Fundraiser/Program Activity Report for any or all.

- Generate an Item Sales report.

- Write New Receipt (no deposit recording)


  They will not be able to see these reports:

- The Financial Report

- Financial Secretary's Report

- Treasurer's Report

- Income Statement

- Balance Sheet

- Transactions

- Transactions Summary

- Trial Balance

- Tax Worksheets

- Deposit History

- Bank Recon History

- Budget

- Budget to Actual

          

Individuals- Merge

Note: Merging Individuals CANNOT be undone. Be very careful when Merging Individuals.
