Item Admin:

 

Items:

 

1.      Select the "Items" tab

2.      Select "Add Item"

3.      Select the new item type

4.      Complete the required fields under the "Basic Info" tab

5.      Select "Sales Info" and complete the required fields. You can also split categories by selecting the green arrows

6.      Select the "Options" tab. This is where you can apply the options you previously created to your new item. You can also load the options of a previous item by selecting the item and clicking "Load". You can move options around to set them in the order you NEW: You can add all values from Selection List options at once by selecting the "Add All Values" button.

7.      Select "Add New Option"

8.      Fill in the required fields and add a price change if necessary. Note: To add a price change of $2.00 more than the original price, enter "2" in the price change field.

9.      Select "Add Option"

10.   New Feature: Inventory – Select “Inventory”, check the “Track Inventory” box.

11.   Click on “Quantity on Hand” to add in your quantities by option

12.   Put the current amount of your inventory next to each item option

13.   Enter the Cost per unit. Cost per unit is the amount it costs the unit to buy 1 of that item.

14.   Select “Indicator Tags” to add a tag to your item. Indicator Tags must first be setup in Tag Admin before they can be applied to Items

15.   Select "Add" to finish this process.

 

 

 

          

 

 

          

Limiters:

 

Sales Limiters can be applied to items that can limit the quantity a purchaser can buy at one time. To use limiters, you cannot have the “Identify Purchaser on Sale” box checked, purchasers must be logged into their webstore account in order to purchase an item with limiters.

1.       Select the “Sales Info” tab

2.       Select the “limiters” button

3.       Enter in the maximum quantity that can be added to a cart at one time. Leave quantity at 0 if you do not want to limit the quantity. *Note – Membership items are automatically set to 1 and cannot be changed. Do not add a number into the “Grade” box as that will prohibit parents from purchasing items for their students as they do not have a grade associated to them.

4.       Select the “Ok” button

 

 

*New Feature: Time Specific Limiting for item Sales on your webstore. You are now able to select a specific time period you would like an item to show on your webstore.

1. Select a Start date and start time

2. Select an End date and end time

 

Using this option will make it so that this item will not appear on your webstore until the start date and time and then will disappear from your webstore as of the end date and time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Price Change will not work when Adding All Options.

 

 

 

 

 

**You can now add Level Specific Donations as a Product instead of a Donation. You will need to create the different "Levels" as options first then setup the Product. You will still list the Product Category as Donations, un-check the "Fixed Price" Box. Go to the options tab and add your level options you have previously created.

 

Inventory:

 

 

 

Changing Quantity on Hand and Processing Reserved Orders:

You can manually change your quantity on hand and Process Open Webstore Orders from the Inventory tab within your item.

To change your Inventory quantity on hand:

1.       Select the Inventory tab within the item you are updating

2.       Click in the “Count” box next to the option you wish to update quantity for.

3.       Enter the new amount

4.       Enter an Adjustment Date (required any time you make changes to your Inventory)

5.       Select “Ok”

To Process Open Webstore Orders (or remove a “Reserved” quantity:

1.       Select the Inventory tab within the item you are updating

2.       Click in the “Reserved” box next to the option you wish to update quantity for.

3.       Enter the new amount

4.       Enter an Adjustment Date (required any time you make changes to your Inventory)

5.       Select “Ok”

 

 

You can also add Indicator Tags to certain items. Tags must first be created in Tag Admin
