Balance Adjustments are used to move money from one category to another and well as account for any bank charges, including NSF checks as well as interest earned.

1.Begin by selecting the date of the adjustment

2.State the purpose of the adjustment (why are you doing the adjustment)

3.Select if you are going to be Decreasing or Increasing a category

4.Enter the category you wish to increase/decrease (as stated by the selection made prior)

5. Next, add the category you are moving funds to/from and the amount moving to/from each category. Note: The “Total” amount on the bottom the screen must match the total amount you increased/decrease by in the top portion

1.Once complete select “Save Adjustment”
