To edit a check:
1.Select Checks/Write New Check
2.Select "Previous" to browse for the check you want to edit or select "Find Check" and fill in the appropriate fields
3.Edit any information necessary by clicking on the field you desire to change (date, category, amount).
4.Select "Save"
Note: Only the Check Number can be edited once a check has been Printed. They can be voided and re-written using a new check number if the other information is incorrect. All information on Handwritten checks can be edited prior to Reconciliation. After a check has been reconciled it is still possible to change the expense category only.
